1. Use data you are allowed to process
Only submit addresses you collected lawfully or otherwise have a legitimate and lawful reason to process. A Mail Forge result does not give you permission to contact an address.
2. Do not upload stolen or harvested lists
Do not submit stolen data, credential dumps, breach data, unlawfully scraped lists, or purchased or shared lists that you do not have the right to use. Do not use Mail Forge to build unsolicited marketing lists.
3. Do not use Mail Forge to harm people
Mail Forge may not be used for spam, harassment, stalking, discrimination, surveillance, identity discovery, phishing, fraud, credential attacks, mailbox enumeration, suppression-list evasion, or any unlawful activity.
4. Do not attack or evade the service
Do not bypass credits, account controls, rate limits, or file limits; probe or exploit vulnerabilities; introduce malicious code; disrupt queues; automate deceptive accounts; or interfere with another customer.
5. Use bulk processing responsibly
Use the bulk-job queue for lists and stay within the displayed file and account limits. Do not split jobs or coordinate multiple accounts to evade limits. We may throttle or pause work to protect service reliability and third-party infrastructure.
6. Protect results and honor suppression requests
Limit access to exported results, keep appropriate consent and suppression records, and delete information you no longer need. You remain responsible for marketing, privacy, and data-protection rules that apply to your use.
7. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected misuse and reject, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate activity. We may preserve records or report conduct when required by law or needed to protect people and systems. Use the contact link below to report abuse or a security issue.
